Word typing game with some story. Not the worst typing game I've seen just feel a bit mediocre. If you already have it don't be ashamed it's playable.
10 found this helpful
Looks if letter soups or worddle are your thing, sure it helps pass the time. Thing is, it wants to be more than those and in doing so tries a lot of things, none of which are even remotely interesting. Bland characters, story and phrases, bland special moves and setting. it all feels just like an excuse to repackage the same old game. Like an uninterested dev got the order to make a game about this. Also, im around mid 1st chapter and i already got some achievements, they tell a story 26% made a 6 letters word, about 20& made a 7 letters word and about 15% made an 8 letters word. MEANING EITHER A-everybody drops the game or B-the ammount of hindrance goes WAAAAAAAY up as you advance the story ... i dont think ill come back to this game
Highrise Heroes: Word Challenge, developed and published by Fallen Tree Games Ltd, is a cleverly constructed word puzzle game that elevates traditional vocabulary mechanics by embedding them within a light narrative framework and a steadily escalating set of strategic challenges. At first glance, it resembles familiar tile-based word games where players connect adjacent letters to form valid English words. However, it quickly distinguishes itself through its structure, objectives, and story-driven progression. Rather than presenting isolated puzzle boards, the game situates its challenges inside a collapsing skyscraper, where a group of survivors must descend floor by floor to escape. This premise gives context and urgency to each level, transforming simple word-building into a mission with stakes. The core gameplay revolves around a grid of letter tiles that players link together to create words. Once a word is formed, the selected tiles disappear, causing the remaining letters above to fall into place. This falling mechanic is central to the game’s design, as it allows players to manipulate the board in deliberate ways. Levels often require more than just scoring points; players…
