What Steam players say

Players praise the game's varied gameplay mix of exploration, puzzles, platforming, stealth, and shooting segments, along with engaging horror-tinged storytelling and attractive graphics. Common complaints include grammatical errors, performance issues in some areas, UI improvements needed, and frustrating save/chapter system design that requires replaying the entire game to unlock the true ending without manual backtracking options.
It starts out much like the demo, as a mostly first-person exploration adventure game with mild puzzle elements, and while it'll tend to go stick to this root a lot it also features a surprisingly varied amount of other gameplay types in specific segments of later chapters, including platforming, stealth, reaction running segments, and an actual first-person shooter's. Gameplay aside, I also enjoyed the game's narrative (grammatical errors both minor and publisher-mandated aside), though I feel I'm prone to being easily moved so others' mileage may vary.10 found this helpful
MiSide with holo waifus except they're not the ones trying to kill you.8 found this helpful
The game is generally fun to play. Most of the ui and user experience , there is a room of improvement. Also, it is troublesome to open true ending, if you do not find all necessary item for each chapters. There is no ways to go back to the previous charters, if you do not save the file. Hopefully, there will be an update for backing to all chapters for achieving the true end after finishing the game with the normal end.5 found this helpful
I recommend to go play this game completely blind to fully experience it, so this review may contain spoilers. This is the very first game from holo Indie that I'm willing to buy because of the nice graphics and models from the trailer. Overall, this game has a lot of variety of gameplay but its core is at its interesting adventure-story style. Even though some aspects can still improve like grammatical errors and performance issues, I still like the game especially the horror aspect because it makes the the lore exciting and engaging. Additionally, the game is not too hard to play as long as you learn the patterns of each section and figure out what to do. While it is a bit annoying that
you have to go through the game multiple times by starting all over or from a luckily saved file to find the collectibles (unless you ask the community or use a guide)
, I feel like the ending is worth the effort to get. While the price might be a tad bit expensive in my opinion (someone who rarely buys games and usually with a price below $6 or 1000 yen), it is going to be quite a memorable game for any hololive fan specially if you're a 35P.3 found this helpful
This game is amazing!!!! My only gripe would be the frame drop i experienced in like 2 areas of the game, though, for the rest of the game, it ran perfectly.2 found this helpful
