About Housekeeping VR
You are embarking on a fresh start. It is your first day of work as a housekeeper at one of the most luxurious apartment buildings in the city. However, before you can power up the vacuum cleaner for the first time, a mysterious person informs you that you will be making a lot more money than you were originally contracted, but instead of cleaning apartments, you will be demolishing them. At first, you hesitate, but then you realize how this much money can change your life.
Housekeeping VR is a Virtual Reality game for the Vive and Rift. It is a race against the clock as you completely destroy luxurious apartments in an attempt to locate hidden information and objects for your boss. Throughout the game, you will amass an arsenal of tools and weapons to help make your job easier. If this job does not seem odd enough, you will quickly begin to realize that something in this world is not right, and the search for the truth about your mysterious boss, and the company he represents will consume you.

Got a refund coz it wouldnt load up a single stage without crashing, and it aint my high end computers problem. What i saw everything looks way to big, like im a small person who climb up Jacks bean stalk and live in a world of giants, everything is over sized or under, had a hard time finding a middle ground, but dnt take away from the game coz it didnt even load a single stage for me in the time i played. Doesnt mean the game is bad. Cant recommend something that didnt work.2 found this helpful

This game would easily be in my top 3 if it didn't crash ALL THE TIME. I've tried reinstalling it. I have a 1080 graphics card. This is the game I would show all my friends if it wasn't broken.1 found this helpful
Crash !! at elevator
good idea, could be fun - but unfinished prototype with a lot of bugs and undeveloped game haptics (with using valve index controlers). Too bad! i would have loved it!
Abandoned early access game with a pricetag that feels fair... I think hotel rnr is a much better game in terms of game but I won't lie that I do think there is fun to be had here. The levels are packed with detail and look nice, especially the glass and as comments mentioned I experienced no crashes. I had to use virtual desktops boot option to get sound working (directly opened from steam had issues) and the teleport only control feels very early VR. But for $5 there is a lot of weapons and a lot to destroy that I feel would justify the pricetag if you can handle the jank... and honestly that's the biggest issue for me, it feels so creepy despite not supposed to feeling that way like the sound effects and atmosphere, it doesn't feel like a relaxing place it feels like the hotel in the shinning, speaking of which I never saw the ghosts but I did avoid the attic in the second level as it looked like serial killer den from what I could see. So while I would say fixing the controls would be nice I think the developer likely realised the project just wasn't working. My advice, find or unlock guns and shoot everything and just try to have fun for $5 or so its hard to ask for more.
