It's an original action game where you have to hug your companions to power up them and move them around to destroy the waves of enemies that come after you. It also has some familiar game mechanics, such as getting different upgrades to choose from between enemy waves, final bosses that come after you, and a hard mode for the more experienced and hardcore players. The game is also a lot milder than the kind of games I usually review. It limits itself to showing some light fanservice after the boss is defeated, which goes surprisingly well with its adorable art style. On the negative side, the game is too short for its price, so it'll be better if you wait for a big discount before purchasing it.

Very cute, simple game. The story is - the park is overrun with "murder birds", and you need to kill them... by getting your friends to fire endless amounts of fast food at them until they explode. Don't worry, the birds are just kind of cute blobs that walk everywhere, haha. You have two friends who kind of act as turrets, one hot and one cold element. You literally need to walk up to your friends, and hug them, to encourage them to fire faster, and carry them to a good firing spot. They kinda get sad if you don't hug them every few seconds, poor things, so you can't just move them and leave them, and that's it. This means you're always moving. There are also power ups between each checkpoint, but you also get a free one every time you lose a life, so the game becomes forgiving rather than punishing. There is a boss at the end of each level, another friend, whose clothes fall off to reveal a bikini halfway through each battle. I beat normal mode in 1 hour. That does seem quite short for a game priced this high, but then... there's hard mode! Hard mode is.... harder! The birds take more damage, I think harder enemies appear earlier, and there's a kill count and a life count. I …

This game is such a good simulation of fighting a war and keeping your allies morale up. I almost beleived I was accually blasting ducks into extinction with hamburger and ice cream. There is a few translation errors here and there, "Kuriko's a porn star!" for instance... At least I hope it's a translation error...
