I'm on the edege for this one. On one hand the game has so much potential and could become really great with some work from the developer. On the other side, now it seems that the developer moved on due to poor reception. Industry of Titan is a good game but it has a lot of rough edged, from the job priorities being sometimes vague and counterintuitive to the game responding with a bit of a delay during certain operation this feels more like early access than a finished game. Unfortunately, the game will remain as it stands and the developer has apparently no intention in finishing it. It's a pity, you can feel something great underneath all the unfinished systems but the more you go on the greater the disappointment. The campaign is made of a series of maps with different ambient effect and winning conditions, but you'll be doing pretty much the same things over and over until you either win or give up. This is not good in my opinion, and the tech tree makes it worse as it is randomly generated and pretty confusing (and as far as I know will never give you more buildings, just some pieces for the ship)4 found this helpful

Industries of Titan — 49.5 hrs Played on: Windows 11 Pro (26200) · 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900K · 128 GB · NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 · NVMe SSD My time: 49.5 hrs Fun 7 · Skill Ceiling 5 · Onboarding Tax 5 · Jank Tax 6 · Dad Tax 6 The Verdict: 6/10 — "Wishlist it, wait for a sale." The studio that made a NecroDancer game decided its next move was pipes and factories on Saturn's moon, and somehow that's the least surprising pivot in gaming. Industries of Titan looks incredible doing it — everything glows the right color, the soundtrack knows exactly when to swell, and dropping your first production ring into place scratches the same part of my brain that used to obsess over supply lines at 3am before a tournament. I put in 49.5 hours, which by my current calendar is roughly a full work sabbatical I don't have. Here's the catch: the guide is right there in year one and never really changes. You solve the ring, you solve the next ring, and by hour twenty you're just building the same puzzle with a different skin. Nobody's touched this thing with a patch since 2023 — it's not broken, it's just abandoned, like a founder who cashed out and stopped answering Slack. As someone who…
I cannot recommend the game even tho it has a lot of potential. But that is the problem, only potential, yet it seems the dev pulled out early and "released" the game stable but very basic content wise, it has a solid foundation but on top of it a wood Cabin was placed instead of a large building. Specifically a lot of planned content was cut that would make this game way deeper and more replayable...
Dead game. Abandoned by devs.
