About Inner Darkness

Inner Darkness is a first-person horror game made in pixelated 3D graphics that immerses you in an atmosphere of loneliness. The gameplay consists in walking around locations, solving riddles.

In it you have to get into a mysterious city and solve various riddles, the solution of which will be hindered by various inexplicable phenomena by science. Also, to complete the game, you will have to collect the necessary items that may come in handy in the passage or even be necessary.

Brief background:

You don’t remember anything, not how you got into a strange empty city, not even the language in which everything is written. Recognize yourself and find familiar images in an unfamiliar city.

I went in expecting riddle based puzzle walking sim, but got constant wtf. Got softlocked in like 3 different spots becouse i ran out of camera paper and the final building was just bugged pure white screen. Music was good, but that alone doesnt get a positive from me this time.

Mama said that if you don't have anything nice to say, to not say anything at all But Papa said review systems are there to warn other people to not waste their money A Walking sim with no story, scares or sights sorry to say. Just a promise of a chapter 2

somewhat monochrome walking simulator that does roll into colours in certain places as the game goes on, has a few simple puzzles and a very bendy art style. Decent musical atmosphere, and, asides from one section, was mostly straight forward tho we did have to reload the sections a few times as we missed items or the like and needed to pick them up to proceed. Overall a solid experience and would light recommend.
