Fun games, puzzles, hidden objects, card games, brain teasers. There are 10 themed categories to choose from: Festival of Lights, Autumn Glow, Winter Wonders, Midnight Sparkle, Love is in the Air, Carnival Nights, and much more. Each category has 6 simple games to complete: jigsaw puzzles, picture matching, 3D hidden object scenes, tile matching, stamp matching, and locked boxes. Each completed minigame earns coins that can be used to unlock bonus content. There's a wooden board where all the collectibles are stored; it can only be filled by completing the game. The extra bonuses include: Crossword Puzzle, 9 levels of Solitaire, 6 levels of Locked Box, Collectibles, and Photo Album. The music is relaxing and perfect for the game. I recommend it; it's enjoyable and fun
For more puzzle game reviews, news and everything puzzle-related, follow Puzzle Lovers and check out our Steam group.
14 found this helpful
I thank Mixo Games for gifting me this cozy game. Finding objects, matching tiles, restoring art, solving jigsaw puzzles, freeing wooden blocks all while listening to relaxing music and enjoying the loading screen images. I am marveled by some of them. Of course, they seem AI generated, but they're wonderful (especially the trees and the aurora). Due to the completion coins, I remember playing another game by Moxi Games called RestorArt: Fairwood Hills Collector's Edition. That one has a story that engages the player throughout the entire gameplay. Sadly, Jixo 4: Magical Nights doesn't have a story. Even so, it is great to play with family. PROS: - Diverse range of games to play alone or with family on holidays; - Covers Halloween, Christmas, New Year celebrations each 6 minigames; - Bonus content with relaxing music amidst beautiful nature sceneries; - Useful hint button; - There are trophies to achieve; - Easy to learn mechanics. NEUTRE: - Screen goes black if random clicks during a Hidden Object game (I'm not a big fan of this penalty. I thought my PC broke for a second there)…7 found this helpful

It's a good mix of not-too-difficult puzzles, and has no storyline or other dialog to get in your way. Great for relaxing when you don't want to completely veg out, yet don't want to strain your brain. However, with three previous installments of this series already, is starting to get same-y. Instead of having the mahjong levels in the CE extras, this time they're in the regular "chapters" and the CE extras have solitaire games instead. There are different tile sets used in the mahjong games as you go along, and effort was made in most of them to not have extremely similar looking tiles, which is an improvement over earlier games which had only one tile set, and some tiles being tricky to tell apart. The Christmas-themed set was the main exception, where several of the bells in particular were confusing. Otherwise, the mix of HOS, jigsaw puzzles, swap-2 slider puzzle variant, pick-2 clutter game, image restoration puzzles, and arrow block slider puzzle variant are back. Graphics are still pretty, but it is more obvious the "restore art" images were created with AI. And there's the same amount of "chapters" (10) with six puzzles in each for the base game as the previous J…3 found this helpful
