Joumee The Hedgehog

Oh man, so many wrongs in this game. For starters, the tutorial on how to play is literally a 2-3 second text on the game the moment you hit play; unless you can multi-task, good luck trying to read the instructions while already jumping away to dodge obstacles and cliffs. Also, somewhere I read that you can jump an additional 2 times, which is false. I was able to air jump another 3-4 times actually, instead. Had I known this misleading message earlier, it would've saved me some time. Not to mention, the entire time I spent playing I see a weird scaling in the difficulty. Each time I reach an area where there are new obstacles (i.e Tree stumps, or the shop stands), they end up spawning in the early game too the next time I had to restart. IN a way, it's like the game is punishing you each time you had to restart, because then you end up with the difficult obstacles spawning early game, in your next restart instead of late game. Weird ... Music and graphics are nothing special. The achievement coins are also not scaled correctly, where I ended up with 1000+ coins but only got up to the 800 coin achievement. I ended up with over 5000+ before the 3000 coins achievement finally unlock…

I love joumee! Can't wait for the rest of the game to come out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the pinnacle of human existance

Cool stylized graphics and nice gameplay though not too many levels to go through. Raven is funny and so the Hedgehog but it's just not too much things to do there yet. I've seen some videos on YouTube showcasing Skins for the Hedgehog and they're very nice too, actually unexpectedly too nice for such little game. There are achievements and Leaderboards but no Trading Cards which is a shame!
