Not sure what the point of Junkcity Factory Sim is exactly, the lady at the beginning talks way to fast and the accent makes it hard to comprehend. You never get to understand what is required of you in this game, and you hire loads of staff for the machines you purchased, but it does nothing except have your staff(A.I.) run around like dumb-dums. It would be nice to have a point of reference on how to play the game, and what the point is as the only fun I found was that I could take a lava bath(hmmmmm), ride the cars like a tram system(chew-chew) and of course quit the game! I would be good to see developers take pride in the projects they build, and even better would be if they did not rush them. This only hurts the project in long run, unless of course it was a cash grab! Either way, had I not received this game form the developers, I would have already opted out for a full refund! A very big game from a solo dev and while it could use finetuning, especially the staff, I thought it was really good. My playthrough: https://youtube.com/live/r1RQs-Tsme8 It took a bit to gain momentum because of the huge amount of items that you can create and the lack of quests after the basic tutorial, but overal the game is so logical it only took me studing the recipe book for a few minutes to get the game going. You start out with several machines which allow you to make the first products to sell in your store. I bought scrap, hired staff and started producing decor items, which come from the one end-product machine you get. The first machines I bought allowed me to make the rest of the items from the decor machine. Only then did I start unlocking machines needed for the second end-product machine, which in my case was the toy maker. I had 1 bug where the wood press didn't use up the saw dust and the decor maker gave me back too much of the boards, but it was all in my favor. Also, the selling of items seemed very slow, that might need some balancing. The real issue atm is the staff. They're capable of processing basic scrap and the tier 1 process in a machine, but not…3 found this helpful

simply put 'hit and run' no updates since the summer of 2024, dont buy it another developer who was too lazy to do anything with his product after release, dont waste your time with this one, i'm sure there is better games out there than this.
