雪山のペンションから舞台を変え、絶海の孤島である三日月島へと招待された透と真理たち。島に伝わる不気味なわらべ唄が次々と死を招く。密室、アリバイ、謎の人物。様々な謎が、招かれし者たちに再び襲い来る。

◆ゲームプレイについて
・「サウンドノベル」は、画面全体に表示されるテキストをメインに、背景画像とサウンドが物語を盛り上げる、
テキストアドベンチャー形式のゲームです。
・選択肢によって物語が分岐したり、さまざまな結末が楽しめます。
・「三日月島事件の真相編」では、複数の主人公が登場し、タイムチャートで主人公の切り替えが可能で、
さまざまな視点から事件を読み解くことで、真相に迫っていきます。

I've only tested it for about half an hour and here is early impression. There are some strange lag feeling navigating in game menu or making choices. Thankfully, that wouldn't affect gameplay due to the nature of it's just a visual novel. The release feels very barebone. There's no additional feature beside the straight port from its PS2 form into new release. There are NO float charts of any kind even though several releases of Kama1 had it. I think even the GBA version had it. Overall, this feels like a 1:1 PS2 emulator version with 0 feature added or adjusted. For visual novel, graphic wise, it's fine. But some more usability added would've been nice. Still, I gave it a thumb up because the base games are very good. If you know Japanese, like the genre of murder/mystery, enjoy Choose Your Adventure type of novels, you'd probably enjoy this game. And it does contain all 3 games. P.S. If you play the game in window mode, then use your phone "Translate" app's camera mode. It could translate most of the text into your prefer language! It mostly works very well. You could understand and guess most of the plot this way. It's just no a very comfortable way to play it…16 found this helpful

If you're sad about a lack of translation here, don't be. I should've read the negative reviews--the versions of Kamaitachi no Yoru 1 and 2 in this package are severely cut down compared to any prior version, even 1's Super Famicom original. It lacks any of the quality of life of the PS1 and GBA ports including the flowchart, and even lacks any extra scenarios present in any prior release, including the SFC original of 1 and the standalone PS2 release of 2. It's... really not worth the money at all.
