Kawaii -Ryona Trap Dungeon-

Really cute MC and interesting game concept, but lacks depth mainly because of how short the game is (~1 hr) which is a shame because there's a lot of missing potential here. On the plus side, it's voiced and the H-scenes are great; the art style is fantastic.

For the gameplay, it would be more fitting to call it "Walking Simulator" than Platformer, because you won't be solving any puzzles at all unlike conventional platformer games. Well technically there're puzzles in the game, but you can solve them with like 5% of your brain power. Also the game doesn't punish you for losing either, it could be a good or bad thing depends on who you ask, since a frustrating gameplay can really ruin a NSFW game. About the character, Minene, guys I get it she is that one s*icidal emo mentally challenged, opps I meant mentally unstable, baddies that we love, but she's actually deeper than that. Like seriously, if you pay attention, you'd genuinely feel bad for her and understand why she behaves the way she does. Her past is told through form of diary notes that you'd collect, which piece together to tell a story of traumatic past, she was unfortunately born into a home of neglect and abuse, and was treated horr…

It's good porn but there is zero difference between playing the game and watching the CGs. You can beat the whole game in probably like 2 hours assuming you get banged by every monster for the hentai. Puzzles are simple and not very interesting. And 30 minutes without it. Absolutely not worth 20 dollars.

One of my favorite games, yes its a bit expensive but there are many CGs and you can go back to them in the gallery whenever you'd like. its animated and the art is really good, also very 10/10 ryona fetish content, especially the boss CGs.

Genuinely don't understand the negative reviews, especially with the excellent visual presentation. I mean, sure, the puzzle solving and platforming aren't anything to write home about, but the way the narrative twists Minene's—the protagonist's—lifelong trauma into a deeply dehumanizing livestream in which she's repeatedly abused over and over by nightmarish manifestations of said memories cuts deep; it builds a connection and empathy with the player these types of games rarely ever attempt, never mind the genuine pain her voice actress conveys. Rare when a guro and/or ryona title upsets me, especially for the right reasons, but [i]Ryona Trap Dungeon[/i] is a welcome exception. By no means perfect, but one that will stick with me regardless.

You'll be guiding the protagonist through simple puzzles and very light platforming through 5 levels. The game can be beaten easily in under an hour. However, the H-scenes are pretty good if you're down for a tad more extreme tastes. The game doesn't get as bloody as some other games in this genre, save for a couple of endings. However, there are violent scenes included throughout the experience. While the short time is a negative, unlocking some of the scenes is a bigger issue in my book. A couple of them involve grinding money and some of them are really easy to miss. I would save frequently in this game to avoid replaying the entire experience just to get all the scenes. If you like darker themes and busty goths, then get this game on sale. Otherwise, you won't be missing too much.
