Laserboy is a short and inventive action-puzzle experience that takes a single ridiculous problem and turns it into the foundation of the entire adventure. Buddy, the unfortunate protagonist, automatically fires a powerful laser from his eye roughly every five seconds, and there is no convenient switch to disable it. Escaping from a mysterious experimental vision facility therefore becomes much more complicated than simply walking toward the exit. The game was developed and published by Human Computer and Universal Entities, and its compact design reflects an emphasis on experimentation, humor, and unusual mechanics rather than a lengthy campaign. The automatic laser creates an interesting relationship between movement and timing. Because another shot is always approaching, players have to think about where Buddy is facing and what might be standing in the beam's path. Environmental objects can be destroyed, making the laser useful even though it is technically a problem that Buddy cannot control. Short, chaotic dose of madness, some replay value if you want to figure out scoring. I had fun playing it once, so mission accomplished!

Very weird game with a cool story and a unique mechanic that the rest of the gameplay centers around. I loved the game and plan to come back at some point to explore each area to find all the secrets.

Short but fun game. Plus it's free so I definitely recommend it for people who like these kinds of games.
