Sacada is proud to introduce LOGistICAL: Russia. A new improved version of LOGistICAL with a huge amount of interface upgrades, new functionality and new transports.
LOGistICAL is a large open-world, strategy, puzzle game where you transport different cargoes to complete all the towns throughout real maps of different countries.
LOGistICAL: Russia adds:
- airplanes, airports, airways, airport trucks and airport zones
- even more statistics
- end of region and end of game data
- town completion dates
- broken road icons
- a large amount of user interface updates including dragging without clicking and mouse over town availability
- a large amount of function optimizations including multi-truck route creation optimization and find town code
- more puzzles
... and the best thing is, that with Sacada's progressive development updating methodology, all these functions are also now available for all the current LOGistICAL games, including the original LOGistICAL, all the DLCs and all the standalone games... just not the planes.

LOGistICAL is a large open-world, strategy, puzzle game where you transport different cargoes to complete all the towns throughout the country.
The whole game is a huge puzzle while each town is its own little piece of puzzling. There are over 1,000 towns to complete.
Plenty of towns are easy enough. Some take complex planning. Do them in your own order. Get bonuses for completing regions and contracts.
Some cargoes are easy to get. Others you have to create in industries. Use existing industries and build your own.
The further you get from the start the more strategies you have to use.
Pimp up your trucks with bonuses. Last truck delivering gets the bonus.
The towns and map are to scale. Current or historical industry placement. You could even say that playing is educational.
There is plenty more to keep you on your toes.
Towns consume the cargoes you are trying to get to completion.
Big trucks are great for moving lots of stuff, but can't travel everywhere.
There are lots of broken roads that need deliveries.
Upgrade the industries for better exponential throughput.
Cargo stores can sure come in handy.
What! I can't take my big trucks across the water on a ferry.
... and what is with those quarantine checkpoints?
Complete towns, roads, industries, contracts, regions and states for lots of in-game and Steam achievements.

oh my god this is a huge module. This will take you hundreds to thousands of hours to complete. You will get alot of play time for your money and you will have to work through layers of twists, quirks, and limitations. You will cheer, you will groan, and you will rage quit, all with frequency. 8.5/1010 found this helpful

why. does russia. have. so many. BROKEN ROADS (also it's weirdly... uncomfortable / fascinating to play this map game in 2024 and deliver supplies to towns that uh, don't exist anymore due to being part of an active war zone. There's no way the dev could have predicted this, and I'm not calling for the game to be updated, but it's...strange. Like looking at maps of Europe in 1913.)5 found this helpful
LOGistICAL: Russia, developed and published by Sacada, is an immense and deeply methodical logistics puzzle that pushes the boundaries of scale within its niche. Rather than presenting itself as a traditional strategy or management game with a defined endpoint, it unfolds as a sprawling network of interconnected challenges that gradually expand into something far larger than it initially appears. It is a game built for patience and long-term thinking, where progress is measured not in moments but in systems carefully constructed over time. The core gameplay revolves around supplying towns with the goods they require to be completed. At first, this seems simple—transport resources from one point to another—but it quickly evolves into a complex web of dependencies. Many goods must be produced through multiple stages, requiring players to manage industries, upgrade facilities, and establish efficient routes across long distances. What begins as a straightforward delivery task gradually transforms into a layered logistical puzzle, where each decision has ripple effects across the entire network. Success depends not only on completing objectives but on building a system that can sustai…2 found this helpful
This is a copy of my review for the original game. Most of my time is going into that one. For now. There are few things new buyers should be aware of: [olist][*]This game is not in any shape or form similar to Transport Tycoon. You won't be optimizing routes, building long-lasting production chains, planning complex routes for dozens upon dozens vehicles, etc, etc. Instead you will be managing up to 15 not-so-smart trucks making sure they can fulfill demands of each and every town you find. Which can get a bit hectic. [*]This game is for patient people. You probably won't experience the real difficulty it can throw at you for a while (and by that I mean many hours of preparation and unlocking every tool the game can offer you) [*]Many reviews mention "having to overcome UI", well, it got much better. And it keeps improving. In all honesty, being late to the party, I haven't had much trouble with figuring it out. [*]This is not an achievement spam game. Each and any of the achievements require work. Sure, some are extremely easy, but some others are very hard.[/olist] As for the game itself, it's the m…2 found this helpful
From a puzzle perspective, Russia feels like one of the more interesting, and complex modules before the arrival of Earth! Definitely endorse it.
