This is the 32nd review of the Steam Redlight series, a series where I purposely seek out negatively or controversially rated games on Steam to see if they're as bad as the Internet says they are. It's accompanied by a video review that can be found here.
In summary, I don’t recommend this game, and as a numerical score I’d give it a 1/10. The game is not explained well at all in addition to the game having a few game-breaking bugs.
Introduction
In short, the idea is that you run a lottery center, while possessing the ability to use your funds to build hospitals and marketplaces. The only reason I can think of that is because it’s in your best interest to keep your customers alive so you can continue selling to them. You start the game and you start off with a couple tens of thousands to start building your lottery empire. ...and that’s when it all goes south.
The Good
...but first, an intermission.…

I have no idea what the implications of playing this game might be on your social credit score. The graphics aren't great... that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $$1 USD USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 2 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This w…
