About Madhouse
Play an orderly in a Madhouse. Care for your patients, influence their behavior, unlock new floors and manage growing challenges in Madhouse.
On your first day in Madhouse you get to know the basic mechanics of the game and the handling of the patients.
The basic mechanics which you need all the time include:
- Filfilling personal and general needs of the patients.
- Managing challenges.
- The different ways to gain resources.
- The crafting and placement of objects with a workbench.
In the course of the game the needs and the connected challenges become more difficult. You have to decide if you are a good orderly and act according to the rules or if you make yourself popular with the patients. Decide wisely because every decision may have consequences in the future.

- No matter whether you are a man or a woman, whether you have short or long hair, whether you are big or small.
- Choose from a variety of clothing: shirts, pants, shoes.
- You don't like your look anymore? Just change at any time.
Talk to your patients & colleagues
- Your colleagues will give you important information about working as a nurse.
- Each patient has their own story and needs.
Make tools & medication yourself
- Discover a variety of recipes from tools and medicines to furniture.

*UPDATE* The Devs have filed a Copyright takedown strike against my video, removing it from Youtube. Save your money and spend it on a game whose devs aren't actively involved in censoring negative publicity. I was actually fairly mild in my initial criticism of the game because I thought the devs had tried to make something cool. I can safely say now (after reflecting) that the game is awful and way too expensive. (Biased, I know.) The UI is shocking. The gameplay is trash. The devs are abusing the Youtube copyright takedown system. Avoid this and any further games by this developer. *Original Review* I really want to enjoy this game but it is essentially a 3d hidden object fetch quest game with a lot of missing localization and placeholder object names.
