Beautiful Hidden objects game with a story centered on a picturesque Venice in its best time of the year, the carnival. We will play the role of a young detective expert in magic, we have received an invitation from a friend: the Elf Ymir to participate in the annual masquerade party in Venice. This annual event is not only an opportunity for fun but gives the opportunity to magical creatures to move freely in the city. That's why Ymir and her friends are happy to participate, on that occasion they can walk among humans without fear that their secret world will be revealed. But in the shadows there is someone who plots, would like this secret to be discovered, and so suddenly an evil magical creature appears at the party that puts an end to the fun, ruining everything!!! We must investigate without putting ourselves in danger and find out who this mysterious stranger is who has great power: he can even give life to statues, and understand where this magic comes from and how it unites the two worlds. Rich and detailed graphics, with an intriguing soundtrack. Minigames, brainteasers and puzzles are interesting but a little difficult, if you can't overcome them you can skip them or…7 found this helpful

Some of the puzzles are super obtuse and more frustrating than fun.
Well done HOG. The art is gorgeous, the voice acting is good, the characters compelling, I found myself totally immersed in the story. Venice is a lovely real world setting, a break from fantasy worlds, yet with a magic all its own. None of the puzzles were particularly difficult (though I did need a few hints), and quite enjoyable. I did encounter one bug, acquiring the mask but it not being added to inventory. Luckily it was near the beginning and it was quick to restart, and I didn't encounter any further issues. ^-^
Fun adventure/hidden object/puzzle solving game. I really enjoyed the masquerade theme and the history around each type of mask (in the achievements for mask collectibles). Also, the descriptions of the mythical creature collectibles made me laugh. I won't spoil it.
A nice game that someone has obviously put a lot of effort into. It has detailed art, animated faces in cutscenes, and a large variety of hidden object puzzles and mini games rather than relying on just the typical format. This game took me about 5 hours to complete casually (both the main game and the extra level). I will say though, that this game needs a bit of revision as it has a number of errors that probably should have been caught in beta. Most are just little things that are hardly game-breaking (a poster in the game have a file name as it's heading, some games not always registering a selection on the first click, in one of the cutscenes I'm fairly sure the dialogue was out of order, etc). The only real one that interfered with gameplay was the puzzle with the Italian Flags and the Lions. I couldn't get it to register after I solved the puzzle. Then my husband suggested that the puzzle might have a different solution and tried it himself. He did find a second solution and it also didn't register. I tried again and found a third solution that finally registered with the game. So I'm guessing that only that last solution has been programmed in as a 'win', without the de…
