[h1]MISSING CRITTERS MAY NOT BE WORTH FINDING[/h1] I loved Missing Kitty (also by Lo-Find Studios), but Missing Critters wasn't nearly as fun. It is a pretty basic game where you are tasked with finding the same 10 Monsters obscurely hidden on a black-and-white drawing. Missing Critters is an extremely challenging game because the monsters are barely visible. The only way you're going to "see" them is by enlarging the scene to maximum capacity as you search for tiny feet or other minute details, characteristic of each monster. When you click on a monster, it will color in and spew confetti. Each monster has a unique monstrous voice...this was my favorite part! Hints are available on Normal Mode, but the Hard Mode doesn't; unfortunately, you have to play the game in the Hard Mode if you want to earn all 5 Achievements. For me personally, having to scour the scene, over and over, trying to find microscopic monster parts became more frustrating than fun. I wish Steam had a neutral rating option because I didn't hate this game, I just didn't find it enjoyable, so unfortunately, I'm giving it a thumbs-down rating for my personal preference of the gameplay. Fun and challenging game! Loved the concept art and the music. The tune got stuck in my head for some time. Some challenges were hard thou!! make sure to zoom in!! Good way of practicing attention to detail xD
