Before I bash the
censored
out of this game, can we take a minute and talk about time trial mode? Why, the
CENSORED
, do you immediately take a -1s penalty on your first lap, because the lap timer starts counting before your character can even move? I wouldn't normally complain about something so small and petty... but this game's time trial mode probably wasn't even tested. Or it was tested by a
censoreding
TAS. The turning circles for each character are awful. You'll get slowed down by even going near the edge of the track, without actually stepping off it. Most power-ups are useless. The single player content isn't particularly fun, and nobody in their right mind should be playing the multiplayer because this game doesn't deserve to be bought in the state it's in. Does anybody remember Simpsons: Hit and Run from the PS2? Of those that do, do you remember the top-down racing multiplayer game that was in it? You remember how, even back in 2003, you'd play it and think "Wow, this kinda sucks"... ...Well that top-down racer was arguable better than this, in all ways (except for the graphics). Yea, don't buy this. And, to ev…

I honestly don't know why I even allowed myself to add this game to my library when I got it in a bundle. My friends and I gave the game a chance; we played several rounds and modes with 3 other friends (but somehow Steam only counted 7 minutes). The controls are wonky and it's hard to handle your character properly, the items are lame, the character designs are bizarre, and Pedro sound like a creep you'd find outside your window and his voice is quite grating (well, they all are, really). We honestly didn't have any fun, and my friends all suggested we play something else because it sucked. The very concept of the game is stupid, and it doesn't introduce anything novel. Seriously, find another Mario Kart-esque game that's actually enjoyable...even Garfield Kart is better than this.

This is a weirdly Mexican themed 4 player console ported Mario Kart ripoff where you control a badly stereotyped Mexican and run around a low poly racetrack, collecting pinatas as powerups. To suggest that this game is offensively racist is an understatement. Hamfisted racism aside, this is a terrible console port. Resolution is capped at a lowly 1080p (for a game realeased in 2019!). PC gamers are immediately insulted with console peasant kiddy toy controller prompts (although KB controls work). Camera controls are terrible. This is a pretty good example of the axiom that consoles make video gaming worse, and this console port is so bad it made all of PC gaming worse.
