Bad game. Instructions are very unclear or absent. Movement is buggy and you can easily get stuck in the rocks. It takes forever to cross the map. Evil enemies move very static. There is some very awkward voice acting at the church. No storyline. Hard to say what the purpose is, youre basically walking around finding some collectibles and then it's over. Worst part is chapter two has to be bought seperately so definitely don't spend any money on that. Also renders you unable to complete the achievements (which would have been a plus for this game, if you were able to complete them). Lighting is very bad as well. All in all not too many good parts in this game that takes about 15 min. to complete. No idea what the purpose of "the backrooms" is also and what you can do there. Nothing, it seems. Don't get it, at least not in the way that it is now.

Confusing, buggy, and far too short. No tutorial, poor lighting, and clunky controls. Even for free, it's not great.

A perfect game for fans of classic horror, with mechanics that are very easy to understand. It's impressive that such a small team created this. It's really fun, I can't wait to see the next chapter.

Genuinely unsettling first-person psychological horror, great voice acting and an intriguing mystery. Recommended.

So, NineHells is a miserable attempt at making a horror game. I only played to the Circus-map where I met my demise to evil-adult-pomni Throughout the two levels I played, I kept asking "wtf is this". It's such a bad game but it's kinda fun I just saw while writing this review that chapter 2 needs to be bought seperately, which is evil All in all a bad game, I don't even know how I got it, it just appeared in my libary, and please tell me what the fridge is this spider panda thing. 4/10
