It's fun, but don't expect to be engaged with this for many many hours. I think you will get 10-15 hours of fun out of this, which is good for the price; but after a while it's slow; and repetitive. It also is not very well optimized. A machine that can run Cyperpunk 2077 with ray tracing at 160fps without an issue will stutter when too many boards have been added because the graphics are so poorly tuned. It's a fun concept, with a bad UI, and exectuted in an interesting way. Worth a look if you like engine building and math.3 found this helpful
I love the sophistication of the solutions. Yes, you can be direct about it. (I.e. You need 26, so you multiply 5 & 5, add 1 and send the result to the bank) Or....you can snake 5s together to create a chain, send it to the a*5 operator, then send that result to the a+1....all the while, you send a 4*4 chain to the same a*5 and a+1 and you get 81 on the same chain!!! Send it all to the bank and find out you now have PLENTY of room for that noxious 57 you tried to eke out of the corners of your play area... If that doesn't make sense, its ok. My mind melted at level 2 and then I played for another 3.5 hours. Nuff said. This is a well planned, well executed game. Get ya math on! P.S. If you are scared of math, just try the demo for free. Then BUY . THE . GAME! ok bye2 found this helpful
This game isn't nearly as unfathomable as it seems from the trailers and screenshots. The big scary formula is just calculating a multiplier for your score, so you don't need to understand it, you just need to know that the numbers get bigger when you can afford the upgrades, like in any other incremental game. Aside from that it's a pretty simple automation game where you have to do some basic math and then deliver result numbers to make money to spend on upgrades and to unlock new objectives. The main challenge is making efficient use of the available space, which is intentionally limited. More complicated math is often the trick to increasing efficiency and meeting goals. I gave it a couple dozen hours--many of which were spent waiting for numbers to go up--and had a pretty good time for the most part. But it also started to feel repetitive enough that I didn't feel the need to complete all of the available objectives. Still, I do think I got my money's worth, and that it's worth what the developer is asking for it if you're a fan of the subject genres. My only major note is that the game does need improvements to the user interface and particularly the tutorials. I joined th…1 found this helpful

The UI is actually awful, the image scaling makes most lines look blurry or just wrong, and the gameplay gets stale after 90 minutes or so. I like the size constraints but this game would definitely be improved greatly by having some sort of upgrade system for the number generators, since that's were most the size problem comes from.1 found this helpful
First 10-20 hours is good, next 10 hours you keep going in expectation, until you realise that you are making zero headway .... mini game quiz idea is alright until you've done the same thing a thousand times every 15 minutes for 20 hours, which is about the time that you realise that to lock in the quiz multiplier, you are committed to playing this game for the rest of your life.
