About Old Tunnel
The game takes place in one of the tunnels where there is a mythical spring that restores the youth of anyone who drinks or swims in its waters. A group of archaeologists, having found it, find themselves in a dangerous situation from which only a guard armed to the teeth can pull them out.
Old Tunnel is a runner and platformer with a side view. Despite the fact that the character moves through the tunnels automatically, you still have something to worry about. Every second your hero has to make decisions: jump or roll under an obstacle? Or maybe to shield yourself from the threat? Solutions, solutions… There are plenty of traps and troubles in the dungeons that will finish your race ahead of time. Are you sure that you are ready for a new batch of tests?
The main feature of Old Tunnel is stylish, pixel graphics, unusual gameplay, which together with music conveys the atmosphere of the mysterious and gloomy corridors of the old tunnel.

The game is extremely repetitive with no variety. (Shoot 2 times, shield. You've completed the game.) Only buy this game if you want to play a game that looks like it's a mobile game or an easy %100. (completed it in 3 hours, could've done it in 2 if I played more efficiently.)5 found this helpful
This is a “mobile game”, and it probably would have worked better as such rather than a PC game. Old Tunnel offers a relaxed experience that can be completed in a single sitting or revisited whenever you're not in the mood for something more extensive or complex. Or so I believed, at least, before getting this game. The game can present a challenge, especially on hard difficulty levels, particularly when bosses and smaller monsters start messing with your controls. However, once you get the hang of it – which happens rather quickly – it loses its initial difficulty and transforms into nothing more than a baby game for any seasoned gamer. This duality, while not necessarily a bad thing, may leave you craving a bit more variety. Personally, I entered this game with clear expectations: a small, mildly challenging game to unwind and destress. What I didn't anticipate, though, was how quickly it became easier once I mastered the traps and controls, which made the gameplay feel somewhat repetitive. Consequently, I don't see myself returning to it after completing it 100%. Nevertheless, it isn't a bad game; I would even say it's decent, but it needs a lot of polishing and bug fixing to…3 found this helpful
Very repetitive. Its less of a game and more of a long quick time event. There is no strategy. Its "Press this button not to die".
Eh, I liked it enough, but the developer will get a not recommend for my terrible luck. How is it every time I have a key there are no chests? Or when I have enough for a new gun, there is no shop? Come on, man!
I spent $2.62 CAD on a game that is just...not fun.
It seems ok for the first hour, but then the cracks start to show and this isn't the rogue-lite you thought you were getting. There's only a couple of music tracks so it gets old FAST. B and A on the screen prompt (if using a controller) are reversed, so pressing B does the A item and vice versa. Some sound effects are missing It's just repetitive as hell When they introduce the 'randomize your abilities' mechanic, there's no warning, and no indication it happened other than a sound effect. It's the most annoying thing in the world. If you have 2-3 hours you can 100% in a single afternoon, so there's that, I guess. Also, the ending it kind of a joke. ||You run up to the woman from the intro, say 'You're saved now!' and then it just sits there until you hit a button to exit to the menu. I haven't seen an ending this bad since 1987|| Even getting it for 75% off I feel I overpaid.
https://youtu.be/4VJdFqtYpv8 Slow pacing and inconsistent level generation makes for an experience that never quite finds it's footing despite having a uncommon mix of core concepts.
