It's a very straight forward game. Most of the people who gave it a thumbs down probably didn't check the description or overview. Just expect to be doing nothing in this game but drinking beer and trying not to throw up. The achievements are easy to get, and for anyone who is a "completionist" (like myself), it takes about 20 minutes maximum to get them all.
"Psychological Horror" my butt. It's a monotonous game. If you want three easy achievements, it's the easiest thing to accomplish if you're the tiniest bit patient.
