About Othello 2018
Othello (Reversi) is a strategy board game for two players, played on an 8x8 uncheckered board.
There are sixty-four identical game pieces called disks, which are light on one side and dark on the other. Players take turns placing disks on the board with their assigned color facing up. During a play, any disks of the opponent's color that are in a straight line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) and bounded by the disk just placed and another disk of the current player's color are turned over to the current player's color.
Tips for possible moves are indicated by transparent parts.
Players take alternate turns. If one player can not make a valid move, play passes back to the other player. The player with the most pieces on the board at the end of the game wins. When neither player can move, the game ends.
The object of the game is to have the majority of disks turned to display your color when the last playable empty square is filled.

Very disappointed, Remote Play Together does not work correctly, only the host can make moves and as player two you can not interact with the board at all. If you're buying this to play a two player remote games with someone else I would highly suggest skipping it and looking for a better made game.1 found this helpful
A minute to learn and a lifetime to master
No please dont buy.
bare bones game - AI not too bad - there are better Reverse/Othello games out there. three out of ten stolen cheese wheels.
It's ugly, and the music is terrible, but its 99 cents so i guess you get what you pay for. There's better versions free online, but it's good to have if you're planning to be off wifi.
Admittedly, I am a grand master, but i shouldnt be able to completely break the game's logic in the first game i play. It told me i lost because i was out of moves when clearly having 4 positions for moves.. then let me continue to stomp the ai, then overlayed both "You Lose" AND "You Win!" I'm sorry, I really want to support this game, but I'm getting a refund.
