About Ping Pong Pufferfish

Go through many challenging levels to show everyone your agility and strategic thinking. In order to complete the level, you will need to get into the glass jar with the help of a small cannon. Try to use fewer balls to get a high score. Create your own ways to get into the jar, as the levels can be completed in different ways!

HISTORY:

The idea for Ping Pong Pufferfish has its origins in Taiwan, where there is one exciting merchant game in the night markets. Passers-by are invited to hit a glass jar with a rubber ball in order to receive winning prizes. But due to the elastic collision, the ball almost always bounces and falls off.

FEATURES:

 • Invent your own ways to complete difficult levels.
 • Solve interesting puzzles and unlock many new levels.
 • Upgrade your cannon to shoot more balls. And also shoot different balls.
 • Suitable for people who want to challenge themselves.
 • No death, no panic. Focus only on getting into the glass jar.

TIPS:

 • Move the mouse away from the cannon. You can get a better level of fine-tuning.
 • Use the mouse wheel to fine tune the cannon elevation.
 • Click on the cannon to customize it.

Ping Pong Pufferfish is an arcade beer Pong kind of game without the beer. The goal is to shoot balls with your cannon and get your ball inside a jar, which sounds easy but isn't. It gets frustrating fast when the balls enters the hole of the jar but suddenly its getting pushed out again. Even though, every map is different with unique obstacles it still feels very repetitive and boring. The people in the reviews seem to like it, but I personally just don't have the patience for it. Overall, playing this game feels like a waste of my time.
Ping Pong Pufferfish

Rage Simulator
I’ve played a lot of low-effort shovelware games before. So, this isn’t a brand new experience for me. Just from seeing the game’s Steam Store page, I already knew the quality of the game that I would be playing. I raged a lot in this game……I will tell you why later in this review.
Note to the devs: I am sorry if I seem harsh in some parts. Please take whatever I say as constructive criticism. I do recognize the effort you put into the game but I am just giving my opinions on this game. Oh, & I did not get paid to write a negative review, I am doing this on my own accord. Thank you!

About This Game

Storyline
It’s an arcade-style level-based game, so it has no storyline. You just have to finish the current level & move on to the next one.
Gameplay Mechanics
The game has a very simple objective, you need to shoot the ball from the cannon inside the pot. Yeah, it sounds pretty simple but it actually isn’t. The only thing you can control is the direction of the shot. The power of the shot is always fixed. Apart from the lack of a power meter, the game also throws seve…

Ping Pong Pufferfish is a laughably badly made Adobe Flash tier physics action game where you lob cannonballs into baskets, avoiding pufferfish. There's less gameplay depth here than Angry Birds. It's appalling anything like this is even allowed on Steam, but here we are. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The artwork here is terrible, it's a blend of old retro pixel "art" used as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics, and some of the most amateurish MS-Paint style drawings (I won't deign to call these "illustrations"). It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget to arrange someone who can do graphics properly, or lack of talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result of these decisions. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. …

Great game. There's no penalty for using a million balls to finish a stage, which is appreciated. I stayed up way too late last night playing this gem.
