Pirates Yes. The rest of the game No.2 found this helpful
Cute graphics, but there's nothing to do. It's an abandoned game.2 found this helpful
I have played POE for over 12 years. This game combines city-building with pvp, both of which I enjoy. I love that this game allows players to easily communicate with game admin, and therefore easily solve problems. I love that game admin are so invested in players and their enjoyment of the game. I love that problem players are dealt with. I love that there are frequent updates to the game.1 found this helpful
Great game! Just a quick heads-up regarding the UI: compared to mobile and the Windows desktop app, the scaling here isn't quite optimized yet. Some buttons look way too big, especially when playing in windowed mode instead of full screen. That being said, the devs are super friendly and very supportive! Hopefully, they can tweak this in a future update.
Warning: Microtransaction infested mobile app!
Pirates of Everseas is one of thousands of nasty mobile apps infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free. There's only a superficial "game" here. This garbage mobile app is Farmville with a pirate theme and toxic mobile app monetisation. So really, the mobile app "game" is just a veneer, a thin skin wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop. Thus, the true purpose of this mobile app is to get you to hand your credit card details to the greedy mobile devs so you can buy stuff in the nasty cash shop... it shouldn't be considered a real game because it's a mobile app cash harvester, and has no place in your game library. Putting that toxic mobile app monetisation aside... this is a mobile app. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming PC so I could pretend it's an iPhone, and I don't think you did either... this kind of mobile app has no place in your Steam library. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at less than 100 concurrent players, they couldn't even break three figures, and now there's basically nobody…
