Playing God (2020)

It is an interesting choice-matter game, where you are the captain of a spaceship, and you need to make different choices. My only pet peeve is that you can't skip scenes on your second playthrough. It is short and free, so there really isn't a reason not to try it out. Boring propaganda poorly disguised as a game. This whole game is to push you to support refugees illegally entering your country and it's so lazy/ham fisted that the video clips of people in space life pods are wearing lifejackets (i.e. water floatation devices). Why the eff would you have that when evacuating into space! ;D So stupid. They just wanted to use footage of real Mediterranean illegals or they were so lazy they didn't want to create new FMV footage. Pathetic either way. Even setting all that aside, there's no content in the game. You make a couple choices, don't seen the consequences of anything, and then the game ends. Basic and boring.

I cannot play Playing God because the game never responds to my clicking. It just freezes with only music on. I tried all 4 options of launching the game, from playing Playing God to steam VR mode. None of them worked.

Отличная графика и продуманный геймплей затягивают с первых минут. Возможность наблюдать за последствиями своих решений, видеть, как маленькая деревня превращается в величественную империю, или, наоборот, как неосторожное действие приводит к краху, — это то, что делает игру по-настоящему захватывающей. Есть, конечно, моменты, где баланс мог бы быть чуть лучше, но в целом, это достойный представитель жанра симулятора бога. Однозначно стоит попробовать всем, кто любит стратегические игры с глубоким смыслом.
