There's very little content in this game, there's the tower, a shop that sells weapons, armour, and trickets, and another shop where you can buy mercenaries/team mates to help with the tower. The problem I have is that both shops are completely pointless. If you leave the tower even once, next time you enter you're forced to fight the tower owner who is pretty powerful, however it's possible to defeat her. This is where the issue I have happens. Once you've beaten her, you go to the next floor where there's a chest that must be opened, once opening the chest you're forced to fight a monster that will instantly get killed, after the "battle" you have no choice but to leave as there's no way to progress. Reentering the tower results in the exact same battle. I got the 40th floor achievement before the 20th and 30th, so I'm guessing the game-breaking bug is that reentering the tower skips all the previous floors and leaves me fighting the final boss on the 40th floor.4 found this helpful
RPG Maker strikes again! QUIZxRPG is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality handmade pixelcrap assets and canned assets from RPG Maker, coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. The developer also bolted on a "quiz" section that seems to be designed specifically for 12 year old anime fans, which probably sheds some light on the developers mindset and why this is such a crap game even for an RPG Maker asset flip. There is an RPG component as well but this is incredibly shallow even by RPG Maker shovelware standards, so if you are looking for a JRPG, this is the last thing you should be looking at. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games…3 found this helpful
RPG Maker slop with no resolution options, where instead of traditional JRPG battles you answer quiz questions. It's a decent idea executed abysmally. For one, there are no sound effects or music whatsoever. The progression and RPG elements are quite shallow - it's essentially just the stock RPG Maker stuff. Most importantly though the quiz questions are not general knowledge, there are many few people would know the answer to. For example, "In 1986 what type of animal, named Clay Henry, was surprisingly elected mayor of Lajitas in Texas?" Perhaps if you're from Texas you may know that for whatever reason, but many questions are either obscure or anime related. Do you know "In One Piece, as of the wano arc, which of these characters has not been confirmed to be dead?" Right after you'll be asked a basic like how many legs a lobster has. I understand it's partially for balance, as getting every question right would guarantee you win every fight, but the question bank needs work. The obscure questions vastly outnumber the general knowledge ones. Oh, and it has the answer to that lobster question wrong - they are decapods but the game has the correct answer marked as 8. QUIZxRPG is a creative hybrid that combines traditional role-playing progression with quiz and trivia mechanics, resulting in an experience that feels surprisingly refreshing despite its simple presentation. Developed by Succubella Games and published by Angel And Demons, the game transforms knowledge itself into the player’s primary weapon. Instead of relying entirely on reflexes or tactical combat systems, players advance through battles and dungeons by answering trivia questions correctly. It is an unusual concept that could have easily become repetitive or gimmicky, yet the game manages to make the combination of learning and RPG progression genuinely entertaining for players willing to embrace its unconventional structure. The game follows the framework of a classic retro RPG. Players travel through various locations, encounter enemies, gather equipment, and steadily improve their characters while progressing through increasingly difficult challenges. The major twist is that every combat encounter is tied directly to quiz gameplay. Correct answers allow players to attack enemies, gain advantages, or continue progressing smoothly, while wrong answers can weaken the player or m…1 found this helpful
the wost game can you see in your life 1_Bullshit game design 2_Bullshit story 3_bullshit question think all story is we got tower and in every tower we got 1,2 or 3 boss and for kill boss you need to solve ♥♥♥♥ question about anime just is this
The game is very simple and I feel like there could have been more effort made so it was atleast fullscreen when you open it. The concept feels good but everything falls in the water when you realize that the quiz part is 50% questions about biology and 50% questions about anime. I do not see how those two subjects are similar, but that is all that this quiz is made of. Perhaps the dev was only good at those two things. My overall opinion after realizing that was just to alt+f4 and uninstall.
