Unfortunately I don't think this is ready yet. Not terrible but I think it needs more time. I found I was unable to complete the tutorial thanks to some janky input mapping not letting me counterpunch. The training suffers from the same issue with some of the prompts not matching up to the correct inputs. With a little more work this could be... decent. But feels a bit simplistic to be a truly good boxing game. Might look at this again down the line but for now I'll grab a refund.33 found this helpful
I purchased this game when it was on sale for $4.99. I figured for that price if it was bad, then at least I wouldn't be out much. Playing this on Steam using a PC is a disappointing experience. I've never played the mobile versions, so I can't say if those are any better or worse. I wanted to point out some major gameplay flaws but will add some high points. THE BAD! For starters, it is ridiculous that the player is stuck with the name "ENEMY" and cannot change it. The player should be able to name their boxer whatever they choose. It looks like there is or was a profile option on mobile versions and that is where you can change the boxer's name. This feature is not available in the PC version through Steam though. There should also be an option to create more than one boxer. This would add better replay value to the game. An interesting twist would be to incorporate the boxers you create into the roster of boxers that you have to defeat but this feature should be an enable or disable feature. This would also give the player the opportunity to create boxers based off of real boxers. Most players that enjoy boxing games love the real fighters and would really enjoy se…8 found this helpful
I'm hovering between a yes and a no, but I'll go with a hesitant thumbs-up. It isn't the greatest, but it's acceptable and the controls are far more comfortable than I would have expected. Get it on sale if you're considering it, but I don't personally regret the money that I spent.8 found this helpful

the graphics is just ok, far from really good. The playability IN fight is good, the menus are confuse and have a quit bugs. Didnt approve!
Real Boxing 2 fails to hold a candle to the first game & simply isn't worth your money.
Real Boxing 2 is a semi-functional mobile port with a poor tutorial structure, unfinished UI prompts, convoluted controls, Player/AI power imbalances, a dreadful UI/UX with no cohesion, NO online multi-player, horrendous graphics & player models, drawn out player progression and a slapped together unlock/gamble system to reformat assets used in the mobile version's in-game store.
Crashes & Time
Real Boxing 2 has a forced gameplay sequence acting as a partial tutorial after launching the game that precedes the character creation screen, if your game crashes at any point before you reach the main menu you'll have to repeat the entire process again; something I had to do thrice (10-15minutes).
Tutorial & Onboarding
The tutorial only covers the extreme basics of the game and you'll be left without crucial information until certain points throughout your journey (potentially 30-50mins into the game); these crucial elements include how to block, parry, dodge & weave or counter attack. The post launch tutorial only covers the extreme basics of the game such a…
