REALLY FUN GAME AND ADDICTING TBH STARTED PLAYING IT AND FORGOT I WAS IN A CALL WITH MY MATES WOULD RATE IT u should play it tbf

I really enjoyed this game. It is a bit simple but honestly, that works really well in its favor. It is a bit like Papers, Please in terms of living in a totalitarian society, changing rules regularly, and sneaking things from your job to people. The game never gets too complex to the point where you are struggling other than the passports only level, that one kicked my ass. It still provides enough of a challenge to remain engaging. Honestly you can kind of miss a lot of the story if you aren't reading the newspaper every day and without the story a lot of the game is lost. This is fine, I just want to let people know that the newspaper is important given it is optional. My only gripes is that the game does start to drag towards the end, I think having some more rule changes would have helped as they start to peter off, the other one is that there should have been more upgrades as pretty early in the game you can max everything and then you just keep gathering tons of points that end up being useless. That said, for the price it is worth getting and supporting a solo dev. I think it deserves more attention then its gotten. If you're a fan of Papers, Please but wanted somethin…

Recyclic bears more than a few similarities to Lucas Pope's excellent Papers, Please, except rather than being a border inspector in a late 20th century communist state, this time you're a recycling plant line worker in a poorly-defined authoritarian state of some sort. As in Papers, Please, your task starts off fairly simple (sort items by material into the correct bins), and escalates as the rules of what goes where shifts and extra steps are added such as crushing all cans before sorting or washing out soiled items. Unlike PP, your rent cost stays fixed over the course of the game so there isn't increasing pressure and honestly while I did enjoy gameplay, it never felt particularly difficult or challenging in the ways that late-game PP did. Nevertheless, if you enjoy "sort 'em ups," you're going to dig Recyclic.

Not even 3 hours in and already nothing to purchase.

The game is nice and simple with some real world senarios. It's fun little sorting game with many hints and references at current day issues. The gameplay itself is about 50ish weeks (days)
