I wanted to like Red Light, because underneath the rough presentation there is the start of an interesting game. The core gameplay mechanics are decent, and the trading system in particular had potential. I’m not someone who cares much about graphics and gameplay always comes first for me, but even with very low-fidelity, almost 90s-style visuals, I was willing to give it a chance as the game definitely interested me and the dev talked passionately about it in the discord. Unfortunately, development appears to have stalled. The game feels largely abandoned and activity in the Discord reflects that. When players suggest improvements or raise concerns, the response is often that the artist is away on national service and things will be addressed when they return. While that may be true, it doesn’t change the current state of the game for players who have already paid. Also as someone that played the free demo I cant really see any difference in the full game as opposed to the demo!!!!! There is very little content at the moment. The gun variety is limited, maps lack depth, and there’s not much to do once you’ve seen the basics. With more time spent expanding weapons, maps, and sys…12 found this helpful

Is it fun? Kinda. Honestly i got the game for 2 bucks. But even then im not 100% certain it was worth it. The AI are atrocious. You fire one shot? You fool now all of china knows your here. Your starting gear is laughable considering the difficulty. Youll die in this game more than you will dark souls. Even playing ultra carefully. The game offsets this by offering you a free pistol if you have no weapons. But one magazine? You might as well walk up to the enemy and massage his shoulders for the good it will do you. According to some other reviews and such the devs are busy/dont care. right now. Dont pay full price. Even then? Maybe see if there have been any updates recently. Because the game as it is? Im sorry but isnt worth your time. I really hope i can change this review one day. But for now? no recommended.
The game got the feel and the bone of something good. But as of right now, balance is awful, content is bare. If they can work on more content update, prob change to recommend.
game is broken i cant even extract i follow where i have to go and stuck cant leave the raid i cnt even do the first mission on very easy which is crazy
Basic Graphics options suck / missing (esp. if you want to solicit advertising streaming word of mouth ) Not able to reseize window or set window /resolution outside of fullscreen
