repian is a surprisingly emotional little story game that immediately caught my attention with its time manipulation idea. The central premise is simple but powerful. I witness someone's death and then get the chance to return to the past, giving me an opportunity to experience the events leading up to that moment differently. I liked how the game uses that idea to create a story that feels more personal than a typical time travel adventure. The gameplay is mostly built around dialogue and interactive storytelling. I move through scenes, talk to characters and make decisions while trying to understand what happened. I enjoyed paying attention to the conversations because small details can become more meaningful once I start seeing events from another perspective. The time manipulation mechanic is the most interesting part for me. Knowing that I have already seen one possible outcome makes normal conversations feel different. I am constantly thinking about what I can change and whether altering one moment might create another problem later.
