This game isn't bad, but I can't recommend it. It feels unpolished. For context I don't normally play this type of game, but am familiar with the genre. There are 4 stances for combat, but you only get a colour and a symbol. As far as I am aware there is no information in game to help you understand what differs from each style of combat besides using them and learning it. I found the navigation confusing, and found arrow signs in the map used to guide me pointing at one another. I looked around for 5 mins but at that point I called it as I wasn't having much fun at that time. No block or parry mechanic, so its just dodge attack dodge attack jump attack dodge. The dodge is a large roll and often the rooms are small with a lot of enemies so your camera just jumps around all over if you're locked on to an enemy. The best thing this game has going for it is the art style. Very vibrant and easy to look at. The same song loops over and over which gets annoying. I also tried to turn down the music but it did not work, and even after I closed the game I heard the audio continue to loop through steam. It was weird, maybe a one-off bug on my end as I did not reopen to check it out. …5 found this helpful

I don't think Nix the RoboSamurai's getting his daughter back, because I cannot percive this game as complete. The only good thing about this game is the fact it isn't ripping off DMC, and there's no parry, so there's that. Otherwise, it's basically a garry's mod ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I should've known this game wouldn't be good the moment I saw the dude roll forwards...backwards.
Story: N/A
You are a mechanic that became a street samurai, or whatever, to save his duaghter. Whatever.
Graphics: B
The graphics aren't really that bad, but it is what it is.
Music: C
It's there to keep you from running in silence, but unremarkable otherwise.
Gameplay: D
So this guy dosn't do what the other did and say I didn't explain why this game is ass, I am using bullet points. - There is no need to have four ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stances since they all do things the one sword could do; power is redundant, control is just crowd control, ranged isn't even ranged, but advancing kicks, which couldn't been on it's own button, or a dash attack, and agile is just stupid; it gives you a double jump and wall run. They should all just be one moveset, instead of 4 different styles t…1 found this helpful
Started the game, and the only things I see are absolute dark silhouettes and the red shining chamber in the center. The character moves and reacts, but no way to progress. The game is unplayable.
This game could be cool but seems like it can't decide whether its a character action or a souls game. Its like its trying to be character action but its stuck with souls style movement speed and lack of animation cancelling that just makes it feel really janky.
