Oblivion Override

I started playing this game during a period when I was struggling to enjoy video games. Oblivion Override made me enjoy them again.

Very fun; they probably should nerf crit a little

I find the combat smoother than Dead Cells.

Gameplay 10/10 Story 3/10 Gameplay was fantastic. Multiple weapons to choose from, multiple "characters" to play as. All with unique gameplay which is pretty awesome. Gameplay is very reactive and I don't really have any complaints with it. It's a fast paced beat-em-up roguelike and something I've absolutely been wanting. I do have a few complaints though. 1. Story. I wasn't really expecting a super linear story, but getting any story out of this game is harder to find than dark souls. I run a mission, I come back, and no one wants to talk to me, there's no new content, I've already beaten all of the alert levels and the old man has spoken to me 2 or 3 times so far. I don't know if there's more if I continue playing, but I've had a pretty long drought of nothing new happening story-wise, so that's kind of a problem. 2. Level design is mostly ok at first. But playing the same 3 levels over and over does get a little stale. I wish there were other biomes you could go to instead of the 2nd biome or 3rd biome. The 4th biome really feels like they cut corners. I don't mind the arena-like feel to it, but it doesn't feel like they wanted to do something different. It just feels l…
