About Romance of the Three Kingdoms X with Power Up Kit
To commemorate Kou Shibusawa's 35th anniversary, the "Kou Shibusawa Archives" will be opened in the Steam Store. Here we will revive popular previously released titles.
In this tenth round of releases, we offer "Romance of the Three Kingdoms Ⅹ with Power Up Kit," an expanded version of the 10th game in the series.
In this release, the all-officer playable advances. In addition to over 3 times the number of events, we have added "Duels," where officers clash with each other, "Debates," in which strategists and ministers clash verbally, "Campaigns," large scale battles involving multiple cities, in order to allow players a greater opportunity to freely experience the world of the Three Kingdoms. In addition, the Power Up Kit adds 4 new scenarios, a "Historical mode," "Trial mode," and an "Expert mode." What's more, Marriages and Births have been included, as well as a chronological table and edit mode.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! THERE IS A BUG THAT PREVENTS YOU FROM EXPERIENCING THE FULL GAMPLAY! STEAM DOES NOT ALLOW REFUNDS AFTER 2 HOURS! There is this bug that would appear if you character gets married and have a child. There will be a screen that requires you to name your child. I tried inputting chinese characters but all that pops up was "??" signs. And you cannot proceed beyond this step of child naming. So you either choose to play, consciously reminding yourself not to get married and complete the game or you don't experience the full benefits offered by the marriage feature when you play the game. Thank god it was on offer.2 found this helpful
spent hours debugging the game, first display problem that can only solved by manually creating a file to change to window mode, and then there is problem with typing in the name of newborn baby, can´t type or paste chinese but also can´t move forward without typing a chinese name that the system doesn´t allow Steam basically just did nothing to make the game playable on morndern computers, but just put it out there for you to debug yourself till you can´t refund
It would be perfect if English were possible, but Simplified Chinese would be okay too.

I would like an undecided, because what I've played is awesome apart from the one big flaw. When I began as an officer in the Yellow Turban army, I was like "wow, it's true this is great, I can see this as the best rotk game". Quite stuff to do, quests, assignments, etc. Combat and debate systems that are different, not a reskin of each other. I was going to give it a double thumbs up (because there's an English patch in the Discussion section that works well and is supereasy to install). However, when my city got attacked and I had the first combat... utter disappointment. Don't get me wrong, the combat per se is quite good, it has a lot of actions to take and I can see it having depth and complexity to lose oneself in it. However, that seems to have a huge problem. Perhaps someone with more experience can clarify on the question that might turn my take around. First, a minor con to the combat: you can't save during the combat. I can understand not wanting the player to save scumm in a game and I'm not against it, hence being a minor con. However, it feels quite long (not a bad thing), which means it's not too hard you'll get into a combat with not enough playing time left to fini…
cant save how can i continue
