I really enjoyed it up until the part where the battles started to get bigger and more interesting where I discovered the game is literally broken... Let me explain. A big part of the game is reinforcements, you get them and the enemy gets them - unfortunately the idiots who made this game never gave them any intelligence beyond "approach nearest thing and attack it" so in every single battle half of your attacking forces will be off attacking random watch towers rather than going for the objective or the enemy. This means you're basically left with your controlled forces fighting the entire enemy force. The only work around is to use the transport mechanic to merge all your expected reinforcements into your own army so you can control everyone, but that leaves cities undefended, requires officers who can command large amounts of units and is a pain in the ass...1 found this helpful
It's a good RTK game. Siege battles could use some improvement though, there's no need to attack the city since enemy generals can't hide in it. Tactics are not as deep as rtk 11, but servicable.1 found this helpful
I am writing to report a few bugs and share feedback regarding the game. First, there is an issue with troop movements. When troops are sent to another city, they automatically return to their original city after a short period. This happens even when sending a large force (e.g., 10k troops) and when the city limit has not been reached. Second, the negotiation options for captured generals are too limited. Currently, the only options are to free or kill them. It would be a significant improvement if players could use captured generals as leverage for negotiation. The game is currently missing a lot of potential external negotiation features.
kinda mid tbh, you should consider to buy other rotk series this game not worth your money.
