The overall gameplay feels very interesting, fluid, unique, and quite fun! Some notes from my short play time; - The movement and gameplay *is* really fun, unique, and cool! Having to push around the units on the battlefield so they fight effectively is interesting, its almost like an RTS-ish roguelike in a way. My only gripe with it is that it uses a tile-based system, but theres no way for me to view the tiles on the ground. The sprites are different sizes and can be drawn overtop one another sometimes, and it can occasionally be difficult to keep track of how many tiles away someone is. This was especially the case around the edges of the map, i feel like im ALWAYS misjudging where the bounds of the field are. Adding an outline to the tilemap to make it visible would help a lot here i think! - Some of the positive and negative buffs from selecting ares seem wildly disproportianate. "all enemies +30hp" feels SO hard when your starting ability only does 4 damage. The enemy attack speed buff is really hard to judge since attack speed is a numerical value, but scales extremely oddly. For example, an attack speed of 14 is one attack per 0.6 seconds , 12 is one attack per 0.8 secon…
