I made the game this review for steam algo2 found this helpful
Good little game that tests your reflexes and has a cool art style. I just wish it had controller support as when you get to the last boss your fingers start twitching at the keys and makes you mess up. Or I just might be becoming a old fart1 found this helpful
Very cool game overall. I was able to watch some of the development of this game on youtube which was nice to see. - The pixel art and character designs are really fun. They remind somewhat of Tenchu bosses. - The background music is fitting and helps to keep things interesting and perfectly fits the tension of the gameplay being timed challenges. - The gameplay is varied with the different obstacles: held swing, feints and double-swings. These are introduced in different combinations on the different stages, which makes each character feel different. Overall it's a fun game and definitely worth the price1 found this helpful
Extremely boring and monotonous, so much that I feel irritation rising from deep within. I cleared (if it can be even called that) it twice in 30 min, and don't ever want to launch it again. The graphics are too much static, and this...EGA-stylised..? retro style frankly makes my eyes bleed. There is a point where enough is enough. The animations are nonexistent, and actually don't really matter, since you wouldn't have too much time looking at them. I've had MUCH more fun playing One Finger Death Punch than this one...
This game is a simple and fun. but frustrating, maybe because i'm bad at it lol It is challenging and fast. i still can't beat it :D It's not as easy as it looks i swear! lol
Awesome little game! If you like One Finger Death Punch and want something a little harder you'll love this game. It has a cool soundtrack and feels like the old school arcade games we used to love. It's got a compelling backstory which I'd be interested to see continue as you play through the game and fight each boss. Only feature or change I might suggest is the ability to skip the intro cutscene so you can get back to the action after you die to try again!
