Scam Center Simulator: Prologue is an unusual management simulation that takes familiar business-building mechanics and places them inside a deliberately grim criminal setting. Developed and published by Jiao Games, the game serves as a free introductory chapter to Scam Centre Simulator: Under Kingdom. Instead of managing a respectable company, players are burdened with enormous debt and given an opportunity to survive by operating an underground scam organization in a mysterious town. Scam Center Simulator: Prologue is a pretty messed up management game, but I think that is also the main reason I found it interesting. I am dropped into a strange town with a large debt and the only way forward is to run an underground scam operation. Instead of just sitting at a computer sending scams, I have to build up the whole operation around it. I recruit workers, keep the place running, make money and slowly expand the centre while trying to survive. It is a dark idea, but the game clearly knows how ridiculous the whole situation is. The management side is where most of my time goes. I have to recruit workers with different skills, keep them fed and under control, manage the facilities and make sure the operation has enough power. The electricity system is probably the funniest part for me because I can generate power using things like a hand crank, a bicycle generator and even a human hamster wheel. It is such an absurd way of handling a serious resource that it gives the game a strange sense of humour. I have only played this for about 2.5 hours... And this has potential for greatness. I am a snob. I am picky. I buy and play garbage simulator games, never picking them up again. THIS is the first time I have played a game where I am objectively an awful person, and love every second. I love my little sweatshop, and genuinely look forward to all the additional content they have projected for the future. with every major update, there will be compounded multipliers of extended replayability. I am actually excited for this. Everyone else is waiting for GTA6, I am thirsting for the completion of this masterpiece in the making For now, gameplay is limited, but worth your time.
