About SDIES
SDIES is an interactive animation that explores the duality of black-and-white thinking and contrasting emotional extremes. This visual metaphor, and the evolving gameplay which embodies themes of self-transformation and finding balance, offers a short yet impactful journey in a visually, aurally, and emotionally polarized world.
This experience is designed to empower players to overcome mental health issues and trauma which often push people to emotional extremes. How much of our experience delving into frighteningly dark and destructively joyful places is guided by outside forces? What happens if, instead of submitting to a hostile environment which consumes and changes us, we enact the change we want to see within ourselves?

Sometimes our eyes can deceive, while sometimes they don't. However, while there is always a truth, we only ever see in perspectives. We all process things differently, and while some people look at everything with a harsh, critical eye, others cherish the little good they can find. We worry too much about ourselves sometimes when it comes down to everything negative and we overthink it a lot, yet we tend to overlook the positives - whether it's in regards to ourselves or somebody else. While by literal means you can not see with your eyes closed, keep in mind that sometimes the only person looking down on you is you yourself! Cherish the little things, and blossom while you still can. Because even in a world of seemingly only black & white, you eventually realize you can make gray, and by simply using contrast and values you can create plenty of beautiful things! I really enjoyed this game, although I can not quite put my finger on why that was the case. It was just a rather relaxing, and rather satisfying even experience. I would 100% recommend this game to absolutely anybody - unless you are photosensitive or have misophonia for certain audio cues - despite that being a ni…1 found this helpful
Fantastic music and a sleek interactive audio system.
This is a very short but good experience. Just a minimalist little heartfelt "story" with good music. Simple mouse controls, kinda reminding me of Agar.io. All you will see are some white and black paths and circles. [i][spoiler]But maybe there's also a little bit of grey?[/spoiler][/i]
This is a super short, free game that's all about being abstract and a bit experimental. It has some light puzzles and is done in black and white, plus there's nice music playing in the background. It's really chill and perfect for relaxing.
THIS iS AMAZING but theres like 15 minutes of playtime real fun tho
