So far honestly the game is lacking direction and I have a few issues with it. For a co-op game, the fact that loot is not shared between members is really frustrating, only 1 person gets to loot and it takes out the incentive of working together. I love that you can go around and do whatever you want, but a bit more direction would be nice. It is also frustrating to join a friends world, you have to shift+tab and go thru steam to invite someone and it could be smoother and in one place instead of going thru a third party. Also, having your character destroy entire forests for wood and kill all the creatures to maybe get a chance one stays for you to keep is pretty cruel and I don't think it matches the cozy witch vibes. I can see the potential though and will stick around to see what this company has to offer. Love the concept, not loving the current edition but hopeful for the future.3 found this helpful
I actually really loved the idea and aesthetic, but the game has several reports of save progress and/or items being deleted. I don't have any time for games with those issues.1 found this helpful
puzzles, creativity, exploration, cozy, great pacing! I'm having a blast!
Honestly wasn’t very fun for me. I tried multiple times to get into it before just giving up. I’m a huge fan of witchcraft and the culture of it, so I was really hoping for a fun and exciting game. Unfortunately, this game just came with a bunch of bugs (expected), an empty world, and a strangely tedious catching mechanic. I do hope the devs turn this into something truly grand, but for now, it’s just not interesting enough. Good luck!
One of these games that just instantly clicked for me, I love the art direction, and the UI causes low cognitive load which is a plus for me. Wood has been exceptionally hard to find for me but so far the world has been enjoyable to traverse, combat feels good and there's voice acting. Everything just feels high quality and I keep finding myself wanting to boot up the game again.
