I want to be fully transparent about Serin Fate before you decide to play. This is a deeply ambitious game that I spent over five years pouring effort and love into. It does a lot of unusual things—and because of that, and my inexperience at the time, it can be rough around the edges.
About 70% of players genuinely love it and are happy to look past its design quirks and the occasional bug. However, if you’re looking for a highly polished, smooth experience from the very start, I cannot recommend you this game.
That said, if the concept still interests you, I strongly recommend watching a few gameplay videos before making your decision. Serin Fate isn’t for everyone—but for players who enjoy experimental systems and don’t mind rough edges, there’s a lot here to love.

Stardew valley graphics with a lot of depth very obscure in some aspects feels like playing an old school game the creator has a walkthrough of sorts on steam they also have a discord this game could thrive if the right youtuber came along and really went into depth on the mechanics id say if you have the patience to really unwrap this game its a good time1 found this helpful

Tons of stuff not really explained, and when explained, grindy. Tons of stuff different for the sake of being different. How do I get blue coins for spells? Chimeras. Where to find chimeras? Sometimes haha. Where do I need to put these chimeras to make coins, the barn that costs a ton of rare materials? Maybe? The description of the barn is growling and hissing. Alright, lets go to the forest. One shot by grass goblin. Princess said we needed copper gear. Barely find any copper in the mine. Give up and just buy a set of iron gear from the local blacksmith. One shot by grass goblin. And stump. And birds because I can't tell when I've taken damage, how much I've taken, if Moon beats Sun and if Nature is better than Storm and the only way to heal is to go out of combat mode and scarf down apples. One shot by grass goblin. Why can I not upgrade my skill tree? Because it's right click instead of left. And the skills to gather later materials are hidden up in the tree, meaning if you wasted your points on the first rows of perks, well, get stuffed and grind. It's so frustrating. I love the idea. 16:10 resolutions dont run well. There are graphical issues. Other than that the game is ok.
