Serious Sam: Kamikaze Attack is a lighthearted and surprisingly entertaining spin-off that takes one of the most recognizable enemies from the Serious Sam universe and places it in the starring role. Developed by Be-Rad Entertainment and published by Devolver Digital, the game abandons the series’ traditional first-person shooter formula in favor of a fast-paced side-scrolling endless runner. Instead of battling hordes of Kamikazes as Serious Sam, players become one of these screaming, bomb-carrying creatures and set out on a relentless pursuit of the legendary hero himself. The concept is simple, but it immediately gives the game a unique identity that separates it from both the main series and many other runner-style titles. The gameplay focuses on reflexes, timing, and constant movement. Players automatically sprint through a variety of stages filled with pits, obstacles, traps, and environmental hazards. Success depends on carefully timed jumps, double jumps, and kicks that clear the path ahead. While the controls are intentionally straightforward, the game steadily increases the challenge by introducing more complex obstacle arrangements and faster-paced sequences. Don't bother with this unless you intend to 100% the entirety of everything related to Serious Sam. As others say: it's an old phone game that gets stale real quick (after 2-3 levels you will have seen everything there is in this game), looks pretty janky and overstays its welcome like nobody's business. The only positive thing I can say about it is that you can get it completely done in less than 2 hours. So just put on something to listen to (even the music unfortunately gets interrupted/restarted every 30-60 seconds) and get it done.
gg
is not good
the game is kind of funny for the first 15 minutes and then it gets stale real quick i subjected myself to finish this game for the sake of having it 100%ed on my profile. was it worth it? priceless.
