Sex and the Furry Titty 2: Sins of the City

OKAY here we go with round 2. I'm so sorry to everyone who is seeing this. At least 10 people DM-ed me that my review for the first game made it appear on their Steam recommendations page. Terrible. I'm doing it again anyways so here goes Similarly to last time, I will preface by saying, this game was gifted to me by someone who asked me to review it for them as their "canary in the coal mine". I am also mostly gay. Keep in mind that yeah, I may be a bit too gay for these games, I guess. The gameplay is still match-3 tile puzzle game. There are more elements within each level that shake things up, and the game is a lot more consistent about combos and such, which is nice. Definitely an improvement from the first game in terms of the actual content of the gameplay itself. Okay, so, some mini thoughts on each of the stories. Sigma Epsilon Xi - Party - The fact that you get to enter your own name into this one, essentially becoming the protagonist, is definitely unique within this series. But it also doesn't change much. They may as well have been a random character, they did not resonate with me. Also, when prompted, I named my character "Lizard" and immediately the char…

My main gripe with this game is just how boring it is... I got this game expecting it to be like Hunie Pop but with furries, but it's just Candy Crush with nothing to look at. At least in Hunie Pop, the gameplay is fun and rewarding, but I can't say the same for this game. The only thing this game has going for it is that it has amazing art. With, like, most of their games, it seems, but their recent title "ASTRA: ARDENT SHOW" uses AI imagery, which is such a shame, to be honest. In my opinion, either make the games that use the sliding puzzle stuff more like Hunie Pop, or keep the game mainly a Visual Novel.

More of the same of the first tit-le (heh) but with some added mechanics, more interesting stories, and the same old curse of RNG. The new mechanics do make some of the puzzles more interesting instead of seeing the same few puzzle formats over and over. Different criteria dictate your story path but still concludes once your out of moves and/or you unlock all potential paths for that puzzle. Though RNG can dictate your success just as much this time around, I did not find myself worried about needing in-game currency nearly as much for the items to succeed as I did prior. I still rather not need to use the items as much as I do, but it wasn't as much of a concern. The new stories are far more interesting than the generic and predictable plotlines of the first. One even has a semi-customizable character (in all the places that matter). A nice mix of completely new stories and characters while others see some returning faces. Scenes feel much more consistent in quality though the voice acting is still limited. Though not by a massive margin, this does improve on the first game while still maintaining some of the issues but the same amount of draw.

Best way to cope with yet another Telegram animal going radio silent. Man, I miss oversharing and traumadumping, 2 more match-3 puzzles and gonna hop on Barq real quick. This bejeweled candy crush stupidity in the game is ridiculous. It makes zero sense and I shouldn't have to repeat it over and over again just to get to the next scene. It doesn't play into the game or plot at all. It's just a totally random piece of crap in the middle of the dialogue. These kind of games are ridiculous and a waste of time and money. Save yours and go get a real visual novel. Not this lame sorry excuse piece of ♥♥♥♥.
