[EDIT, after more play time] I cannot recommend this game with all my heart because of its difficulty spike is close to impossible but if you have enough time on your hands and like to be published then go ahead. Still, I will keep the positive review because it got a sentimental value for me. [OLD REVIEW] Intro I played this game as a kid around 20 years ago and I was happy when I seen it on Steam now. Not many people know about this game. My honest opinion: its an awesome game, especially if you are a fan of classic Xcom and Fallout 1&2. Thank you for bringing this to steam! My only complaint is regarding the game marketing, it is basically non-existent and its too bad because it actually had potential for a resurrection. As for the game itself I just started play again and it hold up good considering how old it is. Recommended22 found this helpful

I just can't. Maybe if the resolution options wouldn't be 4:3. Maybe if the controls were not so clunky. Overall a very unpleasent experience, and I have a feeling that the story isn't that great either. I love the nostalgia, but that alone doesn't carry it for me.8 found this helpful

The difficulty curve is more like a brick wall. There is minimal guidance on what to do, how to do it, or what you CAN even do. The tutorial is virtually useless. On top of that, the user interface is downright terrible, even considering it's a 20 year old game. And the English is incomprehensible. A lot of people commented on the nostalgia factor of this game, but I just don't see it. It's just plain not good.3 found this helpful
