The Armed Shadow

The Armed Shadow is yet another construction kit template copy+paste from serial shovelware pushers, Gamesforgames. These guys do nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into cheap nasty shovelware game bundles as cash grabs. Trying to get paid for someone else's game templates, assets... at best, this is shovelware, at worst, it's a scam/cash grab. This time they stole a basic couple of pixel sprites and slapped them on a game template for a small screen arena platform shooter, another bare bones minimum viable product with no reason for anyone to play it. This is another fake game scam. Gamesforgames have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. The game itself is competent enough. Take out the shadows with whatever weapon you start with in this 2D platformer. Sometimes you won't have a weapon and will either have to find one, or just find the exit to the level. This lasted me a mere 6 minutes to finish all 20 levels. For $10 though? Heck no.

The Armed Shadow is a fast-paced first-person slasher reminiscent of classic games of the genre, but with modern graphics and gameplay. The player takes on the role of a mysterious warrior armed with a katana and possessing supernatural abilities. The game world is dark and atmospheric, combining elements of Asian mythology and cyberpunk. The visual style, while a bit budget-friendly, is overall pleasing.

As a red hood hero you must fight against shadow. Each arena has a specific conditions and different combinations on enemies.

A high-speed, reaction-based platformer where your objective is to either defeat shadow enemies or reach a designated location. You have access to a pistol, an automatic rifle, or grenades as your weapons. Taking down the shadows won't be easy, as they are fast, agile, and shoot with precision. Stay alert, move quickly, and use the environment to outmaneuver them!
