About Shark Dating Simulator XL+

As a unique detective who operates mostly underwater, can you solve the array of baffling cases brought to you by eccentric clients? And even if you can, can you score with a shark girl along the way? The answer is; yeah, probably.
Shark Dating Simulator XL is a quirky visual novel packed with irreverent and immature humour featuring short-play stories with a host of remarkable characters. Well, it will be. It's got one story right now, but I'm aiming for another one ready for November and finally we can leave early access!
~ A visual novel unlike any other.~ Vibrant cartoon graphics. I have two degrees in this stuff, believe it or not.

Players appreciate the game's humor and story content, with most finding it worth the purchase price despite the developer abandonment concerns. The main complaint centers on the dev taking crowdfunding money and discontinuing support, though opinions vary on whether the existing content justifies the purchase or if the game simply wasn't a personal fit.

Players who enjoy unconventional storytelling and offbeat comedy will immediately understand what the game is trying to accomplish, while those expecting a heartfelt dating simulator may find themselves surprised by just how intentionally ridiculous every scenario becomes. The story follows an underwater detective who encounters a variety of strange cases, unusual personalities, and increasingly bizarre conversations while developing a relationship with the game's aquatic heroine. The narrative is driven by dialogue choices that shape conversations and encourage multiple playthroughs to discover alternative interactions. Although t…
I'm disappointed the dev has abandoned the game, but the game is playable and there is enough content to justify buying it
I have been irreparably damaged and irreversibly healed by this game.
Story was good and felt worth the money. It just wasn't for me.
