Excellent gameplay, very realistic. Love the dispatcher mode that simulates exactly how it works in real-life.

Would probably derail my social life again. 🚆[/b] If you are one of those people who sees a train and immediately thinks "I wonder what the signaling system is doing", SimRail is basically your natural habitat. The trains are recreated really well, the routes are [b]long, scenic, and surprisingly relaxing[/b], and there is enough detail to make you feel like you're actually operating a railway rather than pushing a virtual train around a model set. That said, I have to admit something: [b]I spent most of my time in dispatcher mode.[/b] And honestly? I wasn't expecting to enjoy it this much. Watching trains move around, setting routes, managing traffic, and trying to keep everything running on time is ridiculously satisfying. There is something about seeing your decisions actually shape the flow of the railway that makes it very easy to say "I'll just dispatch a few more trains" and then suddenly realize you've been doing it for three hours. It's basically [i]railway Tetris for people who have studied the timetable.[/i] The DLCs are also reasonably priced, which is refreshing. My wallet may remain intact long enough to buy another train. I don't know why so many negative comments. This simulator is very good and have a lot of trains and good variety of scenarios. For those who just want a simple ride without cold start, turning on batteries, etc. The game let you choose the train ready to ride. You'll need to see the tutorials first, but when you get the basics of the trains and how they work, it's not that hard, And for those who really want a immersive simulation with professional stuff, it will also delivery very well. For those who wants to escape the yearly and mercenary launch of TSW, SimRail is a perfect choice. I've played for 21 hours and got nothing to complain. My only critic is about the dispatcher mode. It's only available on multiplayer mode and this one lacks a decent tutorial. It's frustating entering the mode and getting kicked out of the server for not interacting with other trains. This mode is for who really enjoys professional simulation, it's recommendable watching some Youtube videos before playing this mode.

A great simulator, however takes some time to get used to. Worth the money.
