In the dark forests of Duskwood town, an abandoned hospital rises like a ghost. Although "Sinister Hospital" had been closed for years, it still harbors dreadful secrets within. The player steps into the hospital to trace the footsteps of a group of lost children from the town's outskirts. However, inside awaits only a dark adventure and a quest for forgotten justice: Judge Harlan.

Chapter 1: Entrance

The game opens with the player navigating through the gloomy forests of Duskwood. Amidst old ruins and forgotten paths, the silhouette of the abandoned hospital catches the player's eye. Initial puzzles greet the player in this forest, such as gathering pieces of an old map to find the right path or deciphering ancient symbols to unlock hidden passages.

Chapter 2: Dollhouse of Horrors

Upon entering the hospital, the player finds themselves in a room resembling a dollhouse. It's filled with old and eerie-looking dolls. Some dolls provide clues to progress or are necessary to solve puzzles. However, some come to life and stalk the player through dark corridors.

Chapter 3: Traces of Judge Harlan

As the player delves deeper into the hospital, they begin to uncover traces of Judge Harlan. His story comes to life through horrifying diaries written on the walls and old records. However, during this quest, the player encounters more complex puzzles and dangerous traps. For example, hacking the hospital's old security system to open a passage or finding hidden keys in forgotten rooms.

Chapter 4: Dreadful Truth

As the player approaches unraveling Judge Harlan's secret and the hospital's dark past, puzzles become more challenging, and the dolls become more menacing. While delving into the mysterious world of dolls to uncover the truth, the player also encounters dark forces. For instance, getting lost in a maze guided by dolls or engaging in a challenging fight to defeat the puppet master.
