About SSTR
SSTR is a single player escape-room style puzzle game set aboard Horizon. A colony ship adrift in the darkness of space, under the watchful eye of Sister. Awaken into madness and explore the horrors of Horizon’s past.
Sister, the AI entrusted with the safety of the souls aboard has gone rogue. She is hunting down the colonists and crew trapped onboard. Horizon is in lockdown and only the manual override keys will unlock the doors to reach Sister’s command core.
Awakened from cryosleep, you are alone in the bowels of a ship filled with the screams of your fellow colonists.
The crew were hunted down but managed to leave clues to assist any possible survivors. Messages carved into the walls and cyphers smeared on the floor in blood, the crazed ramblings of people driven mad by Sister or perhaps coded information to help you.
As you move through the ship, you'll discover the doors were locked by a shipful of crazy people. Pour over the scrawlings on the walls, floors, and computer terminals to gather information. Piece together the insane logic in order to escape the room you're in and get one step closer to shutting SSTR down.
Defend yourself from the onslaught of Sister’s drones. Scavenge for resources throughout the ship to construct automated defense turrets and hold her back as you struggle through Horizon. Survival will not be easy.

The game takes place on a massive colonization ship, the Horizon, that became a death trap after the AI controlling its systems, Sister, rebelled against its masters and slaughtered most of the crew. As one of the very few survivors, players will impersonate various characters in their struggle to shut down Sister's core and wrestle back control of the vessel. 🟩 [b]The Good Side[/b] [list] [*][b]Hello, Dave[/b] Clearly inspired to old-school sci-fi such as [i]2001 A Space Odyssey[/i] or [i]Alien[/i] to name some, the setting of SSTR manages to deliver a solid, grim and claustrophobic atmosphere at all times. Traversing the blood-streaked corridors and sections of the Horizon, while witnessing the madness that has transpired on top of being hunted by an army of killer drones, is definitely a tense experience... as it should be in this genre. If you get annoyed easily this game will take you a long time, stuck on the ship the Horizon we are tasked at escaping from the SSTR, in the beginning the clues are simple find X tablet and unlock X door, but the further we explore the Horizon the harder the puzzles become. If your into syfy and escape room puzzle style games you will enjoy this game, occasionally you can even build items to help slow down SSTR, however don't fully rely on it!6 found this helpful
Don’t be fooled by the trailer this game is no run and gun FPS, more of an escape room style game. The puzzles get pretty hard as you progress and the game has a tower defense element that will help you slow down the enemies. I have to say this game is a bit challenging but I enjoyed the journey!
