Stars End you play solo or host your own server as you stake a claim in a persistent galaxy where survival is tough, but freedom is yours to take. The game is a procedural type which is seen in some other games lately. The game has a few glitches and bugs but at least the developer updated this here and there. Played this on my Dell Precision 3480 with Arc Xe graphics and RTX A500 discrete graphics. Game is very playable.7 found this helpful

Game lag is terrible. response time for controller use is slow and frustrating. do not by this game. i have a computer that is above minimum System Requirements and it dont work right. SUCKS3 found this helpful
I cannot recommend Stars End, especially at the current $20 asking price. There are no official servers online, and at this point there is no reason to expect them to return. The official server died in January 2025, effectively eliminating the persistent online experience that was a major part of what this game was supposed to offer. Development is another major concern. The last substantial development update was in October 2023. For a game that is still being sold, that should tell prospective buyers a lot about what they are actually purchasing. Yes, you can still play single-player/offline, and self-hosted multiplayer is an option. But that doesn't make this a $20 game in its current state. You're essentially buying an unfinished, abandoned survival sandbox without the official online infrastructure that once helped justify the concept. There are simply too many actively developed survival games available today that offer more content, better support, active communities, and functioning multiplayer. If you already own Stars End, the offline mode might provide some entertainment. But if you're considering buying it today, save your $20 and put it toward a survival gam…
